No Shave November

Just want to start off by saying that my camera is currently lost in the hurricane that is my room, so no pictures for this update. Sorry.
Life at Bucknell has been pretty crazy the past couple of weeks. Because of my major (English and Political Science) most of my final projects will be papers. I have to give a presentation next Tuesday on my final paper in my class on Nationalistic theory (I’m doing something concerning Italian nationalism… My dad would be so proud). Reagan Run

Last week, instead of going home for Fall Break, my fraternity does an event called “Reagan Run.” We raise a ton of money (last year, almost $40,000) for the Alzheimer’s Association and then we do a relay from Bucknell to DC.
I couldn’t go last year because of a prior commitment, so I was really excited about the event. My car ended up being two of my best friends along with one of our new guys (he was actually a BOFer of mine and then a BOF counselor the following year). Family Weekend

So, to start off this blog, why not talk about Family Weekend? My parents and my little brother just left, but I think (hope?) they had a good time.
It was a good weekend overall. We spend the first part of it going to an awards ceremony, and then had brunch with some of my friends and their parents. Unfortunately, I had to go to the Susquehanna Valley Mall to pick up some stuff that I needed to get engraved and we spend a good two hours over there dealing with the people at Things Remembered.
